Licensed plumbers apply at our installer application page with their license and insurance documents. We verify both within 1–2 business days. Approved installers get portal access, set their service cities, and start receiving matched jobs in their area immediately, with no bidding or lead fees.
How are partners vetted?
Every partner's plumbing license and liability insurance are verified by our team before approval — not self-reported. We also photo-verify each completed job before the final payout releases, so quality stays consistently high across the whole network, on every single job.
Do partners pay for leads?
No. There are no lead fees, monthly fees, or bidding of any kind. The customer's upfront price already includes our margin and the installer's fixed cut, which is set before the job starts — so partners always know exactly what each job pays.
What does the reciprocal link exchange involve?
We publish a partner card on this page linking to the installer's website, and the installer places a small HeaterFleet badge linking back to us on their site. Both links carry campaign tracking so each side can see the referral value.
