What we collect: name, phone, email, ZIP, and details about your water heater so we can price and schedule your job. Installers receive only your name, address, phone, and job details.
Payments: processed securely by PayPal. We never see or store your card number.
Cookies: a login cookie for the admin portal and basic analytics to improve the site. No advertising trackers.
Your rights: ask us anytime what we hold, correct it, or delete it — email privacy@heaterfleet.com and we'll handle it within 30 days.
Data sharing: only with your assigned installer and payment processor, only what the job requires. Otherwise: never.
