The short version: HeaterFleet is a booking platform. Independent licensed contractors perform the installations.
Estimates: online estimates are based on the information you provide. If site conditions differ materially (access, code issues, undisclosed damage), the installer will confirm any change with you before work begins. You may cancel at no charge before work starts.
Deposits: a refundable deposit reserves your install window. The balance is due when the job is complete and you're satisfied.
Installers: all installers on the platform are independent contractors, verified licensed and insured. HeaterFleet coordinates booking, pricing, and payment.
Warranties: manufacturer warranties apply to equipment; installers warrant their workmanship per the terms shown at booking.
Cancellation: cancel free up to 24 hours before your window. Inside 24 hours, the deposit covers the reserved slot.
Limitation: to the maximum extent allowed by law, HeaterFleet's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the job.
